入手した誤情報を鵜呑みにして記事を書き上げたことが本当ならFRIDAY(講談社)にも落ち度があったのかもしれませんが、この期に及んで事業の正当性を主張するインターラッシュもどうかしています。

最近, インターラッシュの過去から将来にかけての事業計画について誤った情報が日本の雑誌に掲載されました。
この記事を出した出版社は, 入手した誤情報を鵜呑みにして記事を書き上げ, インターラッシュに正しい情報を確認することを怠りました
情報源は、以前インターラッシュの事業妨害により私腹を肥やそうとした人物らです。
これらのうちの一人には, カリフォルニア州裁判所より禁止命令が発行されています。
インターラッシュ社としては、これらの人物がこれ以上悪事を繰り返さないようにするため、アメリカの担当弁護士にこれらの人物に対して事業妨害および損害賠償による訴訟を進めるよう依頼しました。

We will respond appropriately and swiftly against Mr. Atsushi Kajioka and others for their defamatory statements in Friday Magazine. This misleading article in this publication appears to be the threatened result of the blackmail and extortion attempts by Mr. Watanabe, who has recently had an injunction upheld against him by the California court. Mr. Kajioka (who is Mr Watanabe's former attorney) has clearly defamed the company, with his misleading characterization of Interush and its business model. Clearly, Interush is not a investment company and Mr. Kajioka's statement that Interush does not sell anything is factually false and we are preparing the draft lawsuit against him as a result.

(Taiwan), and Interush Limited (Hong Kong). It is Interush Holdings Ltd., which the basis for the Phantom Stock Option Bonus Program, as the owner of all the international Interush companies operating in each market. Furthermore the Phantom Stock Option Bonus Agreement clearly indicates that this agreement is with Interush Holdings Ltd., which was signed and agreed by the qualified Affiliates. It isapparent that Mr. Kajioka and Friday magazine misunderstood that the number of shares is for US-based Interush Inc. company. Thus, we are going to protest the publishing company of Friday magazine, their reporters as well as whoever else was involved in publishing this article with such misinformation.

First, the writer of the article obviously did not bother to read and comprehend the Phantom Stock Option Bonus program agreement since it clearly states it does not issue shares or equity―it is simply a cash incentive program that uses a number of shares as a means to calculate a payout to an Affiliate. The program uses 50 million shares as the bookkeeping means to calculate the bonus. The number of authorized shares, while far in excess of the 50,000,000 "shares" identified in the Phantom Stock Option Bonus program and the size of the PSOB pool of "shares" are irrelevant since the PSOB program does not issue shares. There is no allocation of shares in the sense of equity, only an allocation of a bonus to affiliates. The 50,000,000 PSOB "shares" computed at 10% of the 500,000,000 authorized shares is the means of taking the market value of the company and allocating that value among the 50 million "shares".

この5000万「株」のファントムストックオプションというのは、発行株数5億株の10%にあたり、企業の市場価値を割り出し、それを基にボーナス額を定めるためにファントムストックオプションボーナスプログラムにこの単位を利用しているだけのことです。

Finally, with respect the lawsuit against Interush filed by the 13 Plaintiffs, we will also aggressively start to investigate the backgrounds of each Plaintiff using American litigation discovery methods. This will include a thorough inspection and review of each person's financial backgrounds, banking statements, investment history, education levels, and general reputation in the community. By law, we are entitled to orally interrogate them and force them to fly to the United States for this oral interrogation. This is of course in addition to the inspection and review of their financial and banking history. It would appear from the brief examination that wedid complete, indicates that many, if not, all of Plaintiff's claims are susceptible to many attacks by us so we are eager to start examining their records and documents.
